If you want to be able to quickly and repeatedly email the same group of ACAD email accounts, you can use this guide the create a contact list. Once created you'll be able to choose this list as a recipient in the "To" field. Unlike Office 365 Groups or Distribution Lists, this contact list is only accessible by you. If another user wanted to mail the list, they would also need to follow this guide.
- On mail.acad.ca from the inbox, click the People icon in the botton left corner
- From the top left, choose +New \ Contact list
- Give the new Contact list a List name, any notes, and add the members required. As you begin to type a users name, it will find them in the address list.
- Save the List
- You can now email this group by typing the Contact list name into the recipient field of messages.
